Literacy Network helps adults in Dane County, Wisconsin build skills, reach goals, and connect communities.

 

Founded in 1974, Literacy Network is a nonprofit organization with a $2 million budget, a staff of 20, and over 500 volunteers. Literacy Network provides instruction that helps adult learners develop reading, writing, speaking, digital, and other communication skills needed to improve their employment, become more involved in their children’s education, and achieve life goals.

• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a results-oriented environment.
   

• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
   

• Demonstrated success working with adults from diverse backgrounds.
