Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy for paid appointments: To reschedule or cancel a paid appointment, please contact me at least 3 business days in advance. I do not offer refunds, but if you contact me at least 3 business days in advance, we can reschedule. Because reschedulings and cancellations on short notice are disruptive and can cause me lost revenue opportunity, I reserve the right not to offer credit for reschedulings or cancellations on less than 3 business days' notice. Please note that the $75 Introductory Coaching Consultation is a one-time offer.
