Responsibilities include:

​

• As a key member of the leadership team and working closely with the CEO, charting the path for long-term mission-focused success.
   

• Building and leading the Community Management team and the Content & Communications team to establish and grow client communities and partnerships.
   

• Creating and implementing successful community, content, and communications engagement strategies to become women’s favorite place to connect and grow within their organizations.
   

• Contributing insights that improve the Building Brave platform and products, grow engagement, and guide the direction of the business.
